Can an Indesit K3E11/G cooker be connected to a 3 pin plug would it be safe?

Purchased recently I was told this information was correct when sold, but I'm not sure!

I dont understand these Speakers... help.?

so in my great wisdom i bought a cheap pair of KAM IMS-8 speakers of ebay http://www.djdeals.co.uk/prod-details.asp?AID=1250
They have no cables included and i have a standard Teac amplifier.
